Nantong Wangxin New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Changle Town, Haimen, the "hometown of Zhang Jian", which boasts beautiful scenery, developed transportation, and a long history. The company was founded in 1971, covering an area of over 30 acres with a building area of 12,000 square meters and a registered capital of 25 million yuan. It currently employs over 200 professional and technical personnel and production workers, and possesses over 200 sets of forming machines, sintering furnaces, processing equipment, testing equipment, and various specialized equipment. The company obtained the IATF16949 automotive quality system certification in 2009 and the ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2023.
Over the past decade, the company has adhered to a people-oriented approach, viewing "enterprise management, product quality, and customer service" as its three major pillars of operation. The company relocated to a new address, acquiring 30 mu of land. A new factory building of 12,000 square meters was constructed, expanding production area and improving transportation convenience.
2007
Undertook the National Torch Plan project for "high-strength powder metallurgy umbrella gears" and was awarded the title of "High-tech Enterprise".
2009
Certified to ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality management system, and introduced ERP enterprise management system.
2012
The company has fully entered the automotive market.
2014
A joint venture with Shanghai Jiao Tong University established a company detection center, which was awarded the title of "Advanced Testing Laboratory" by the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Bureau. In the same year, it cooperated with the Wuling Group to develop automotive shift components.
2015
The company established an automotive department and introduced top-of-the-line processing and testing equipment. In the same year, it collaborated with Brilliance BMW and Shenyang Mitsubishi to develop automotive oil pump components.
2016
Established a strategic partnership with Jiangsu Hailong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. to jointly develop automotive VVT components.
2017
Cooperated with "Top Group", a leading domestic listed automotive parts company, to develop automotive steering components.
2018
Collaborated with "Global Smart Sweeping Robot - Ecovacs" to develop peristaltic pump components.
2019
The engine oil pump rotor developed by Yanmar of Japan has been mass-produced.
2020
Developed brake system components with Hitachi Astemo on the same day.
2022
Become a global supplier of Anstemo braking system components.
