The angle gear consists of a housing, bearings, bevel gears, and a gear shaft. Its features include: double-layer bearings are set above the bevel gear, tightened onto the upper part of the housing using a clamping sleeve; a double-lip oil seal is embedded in the clamping sleeve, and a dust cover is installed between the clamping sleeve and the top of the housing.
By using a double-layer bearing structure on the gear shaft and a clamping sleeve on the double-layer bearings, the angle gear completely solves the axial movement caused by large torque impacts on the gear shaft; the use of a double-lip oil seal fundamentally eliminates the problem of oil leakage in this product.
The angle gear is simple in structure, easy to install, and safe, significantly reducing production costs.
